Have questions? Here are some answers:

How much money will I make as a Latte Living® Consultant?
You will make 25% profit on everything you sell. In addition, we will be offering incentives to our sales force from time to time which you can qualify for by meeting certain sales requirements.

Can I have my own sales team?
Currently, we do not have a downline structure in place for our sales force, but this is something we will work toward as our company expands.

Do I have to sell a certain amount every month?
No, there are no minimum sales requirements. However, if you have 2 months without any sales, you will be removed from our active consultant list and will no longer receive support from us. To reactivate your account, you will simply need to submit an order.

How do I pay for orders?
Your customers pay you and you pay us with a credit card. When you pay us, you are only paying the wholesale price on the products, and keeping the difference as your commission.

Do you take income tax out of my commission?
No. Since you are an 'independent consultant', you are self-employed, not employed by us. This means you are responsible for your own record keeping for tax purposes. It's important that you keep accurate and thorough records of your purchases and sales related to your business.

How do I submit my orders?
You will submit your orders over the internet. They will ship directly to you and you will be responsible for getting them to your customers.

Will I have a website?
Yes, you will have a website similar to ours so that your customers can see our products and learn more about our company. There is a web-hosting fee of $10.00 per month for the online store. The name of the store will be unique to your personal name. It will include your photo, information about you and about our company, your contact information, and a catalog of all our products. Keep in mind, however, customers will not be able to purchase products online. Instead, they will need to purchase items through you directly. This will ensure that YOU are getting the sale, not us or another consultant.

Do I have to attend meetings?
While we do not conduct meetings in your local area, there will be conference calls and online meetings that you will be required to participate in in order to remain an active consultant. These meetings are important because they will help increase your knowledge about our products and tell you what's going on with our company to keep you up to date. As a consultant, you will need to be familiar with our products and with our company.

How do my customers pay for their orders?
Customers can pay you by check or cash, and with a credit card if you open a merchant account (we'll tell you how).
